Applications: Structural bonding, joining, and repair of hard substrates such as metal, ceramics, glass, hard plastics, and stone; industrial applications requiring extremely high bonding strength, hardness, insulation, and corrosion resistance, such as securing mechanical equipment components, bonding photovoltaic frames, assembling hardware products, and filling gaps in stone.
Precautions: The cured material has a brittle texture and is not suitable for substrates subject to high-frequency vibration or flexible deformation; deviations from the specified mixing ratio may result in tackiness or curing failure.
Applications: Encapsulation, sealing, and protection of electronic devices such as power adapters, PCBs, sensors, lithium-ion battery modules, automotive electronics, and small high-voltage packs; specifically designed to address issues such as electrical leakage, moisture ingress, component detachment, and housing cracks in equipment operating in environments with prolonged exposure to heat, humidity, and vibration.
Precautions: This product has moderate heat resistance and is not suitable for operating temperatures above 120°C. The mixing ratio must be strictly controlled; otherwise, the compound may become soft or fail to cure properly.
Applications: Decorative ornaments, specimen preservation, signs and nameplates, cell phone case decorations, resin lighting fixtures, resin crafts, cultural and creative DIY products, and other decorative molding applications requiring high transparency, an attractive appearance, and a seamless finish—combining aesthetic appeal with surface protection.
Precautions: Avoid prolonged direct exposure to UV light (standard version); for long-term outdoor use, select anti-yellowing modified crystal resin; curing speed slows in low-temperature environments, which may result in a frosted finish.
Applications: Outdoor signage, in-vehicle soft signage, flexible light boxes, outdoor decorative items, waterproof soft coatings, and surface encapsulation for outdoor lighting fixtures—all of which require solutions that simultaneously provide flexibility and resistance to deformation, UV resistance, anti-aging properties, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, and resistance to yellowing under outdoor conditions.
Precautions: For lamination, wait until the base layer is fully cured to prevent delamination; in outdoor environments with intense light and high UV exposure, be sure to use a specialized UV-resistant adhesive designed to prevent yellowing.
